What to expect
before you arrive
In order to be seen right away, please be sure to fill out your intake paperwork before you arrive. We will email you your forms after you make your appointment! We can’t wait to welcome you with open arms.
first visit
On your first visit, you will meet with Dr. Michelle to discuss your paperwork and health history. Next a detailed physical examination will be performed to determine problem areas. You will receive an explanation of your condition and specific recommendations for care. Dr. Michelle wants to get you or your child on the road to feeling better right away, so your first appointment always includes patient specific treatments.
second visit
On your next visit, we will review how you responded to the first treatment and answer any additional questions that may have come up.
